🖐🏽 Five Focus Areas
🎓 Spotlight on Focus Area: Art & Culture
🎉 Community Catch up: Friends Life Community

Focus Your Passion

At Impact100 Nashville, we’re committed to making a difference through five key focus areas:

🎭 Arts & Culture
📚 Education
🌳 Environment, Preservation & Recreation
🏡 Family
❤️ Health & Wellness

These categories help us address the diverse needs of our community. By engaging with a Focus Area, you can connect with other passionate women, support local nonprofits, and help guide where our grant dollars make the biggest impact.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Review grant applications,
  • Volunteer with a nonprofit in the Focus Area
  • Gather for a fun social or educational event

👉 If you have not already declared one (or more) Focus Area, it's never too late! Fill out this Focus Area Interest Form or email the Board and we'll get you connected.

The Arts & Culture Focus Area supports projects that cultivate, develop, and enhance the cultural and artistic experiences in our community.

Spotlight on Our Community

Friends%20Life%20Community(1).png

Friends Life Community (FLC) received a $9,000 grant from Impact100 Nashville in 2025 to support their life-changing work with adults with disabilities.

Though many might naturally view FLC as a “Family” Focus Area grantee, their arts program is a strong reminder that organizations can—and often do—fit across multiple Focus Areas. Their theater, music, and visual arts initiatives, Advocacy Through the Arts, is a powerful form of storytelling and advocacy, making them an ideal candidate for our Arts & Culture category.

As we consider future grant applications, FLC encourages us to think beyond traditional categories and recognize how the arts can elevate voices and create lasting change.

A Celebration of Art, Advocacy
& Expression at Friends Life

Join FLC for Canvas & Community, an evening that celebrates the creativity, connection, and powerful impact of FLC.

At this one-of-a-kind event, guests will experience the incredible artistic talents of the Friends—adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—while also exploring the full scope of FLC’s transformative programs in personal growth, employment training, service learning, and more.

Whether you're passionate about inclusive art, disability advocacy, or building a stronger Nashville, this event will open your eyes—and your heart.
